Solving small problems
Login does not work / I cannot log in
The login is helpful if you want to place an order again later. You can always place your order without logging in.
If you work with login, there are two possibilities:
  • You have not yet created an account.
    You can still create one by clicking on the 'Register' button at the bottom left or on the 'Method of shipment and Payment' page by clicking on the 'New Login account' button.
    Please note that you will not receive a confirmation of the login data (because the software is not yet able to do this).
  • You did create an account.
    If you have forgotten your password but still know your login name, click on 'Forgotten your password?
    We will e-mail you a temporary password that you can change via 'my account' under the home button. Click on that to enter your environment, where you can change the password.
    If logging in does not work anymore, please e-mail us so we can e-mail you new codes you can change after logging in.

iDEAL is not working
Make sure you are on  Then it should work unless there is a nationwide malfunction (we report this as far as we know on the homepage of the webshop. In the event of such an outage, please try again later.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

How can I see that my data is stored securely and encrypted?
You can see this by the change during the ordering process from http:// to https:// and the lock that lights up yellow when you hover over the web address.
I am not satisfied with the purchase. Can I return the PDF-format Ebook 'Reinstate'?
Sorry, that is impossible because it is a personalised digital product specially made for you.

I could not find the link to download the eBook after my payment. Did something go wrong?
The personalised eBook 'Reinstate' will be sent to you via WeTransfer, as mentioned during the ordering process. Please give us 48 hours to make that copy for you by hand.

Various things could have gone wrong. Let's start solving it.
  • If you have paid but have not received a confirmation mail, your e-mail address was probably incorrect. Please get in touch with us by e-mail.
  • If you have received the confirmation of your order, then your e-mail address is known to us. Please get in touch with us by mail so that we can sort it out further.
